Hi, I’m Chase. I started Torch Vending to build something close to home that lets me be there for my family — and that’s exactly why I run it the way I do. This isn’t a business I plan to grow and walk away from.
The person who sets up your cooler is the same person who stocks it, services it, and answers when you reach out. No call centers, no rotating route drivers, no getting passed around. If something isn’t right, you’ll be talking to the owner.
